The Employer shall provide to each Maintenance/Groundskeeper employee who works part-time, each Food Service employee who works 6 hours or more per day but less than 6.5 hours per day, and each bus driver who works 4 or more hours per day (based on Regular/Special Education Runs) the following insurance coverage for a full twelve (12) month period for the employee only as defined by the policy.
The Employer shall provide to each Maintenance/Groundskeeper employee who works full time and each Food Service employee who works 6.5 or more hours per day the following insurance coverage for a full twelve (12) month period for the employee and his/her entire family and any other eligible dependents as defined by the policy.
When an approved outside user group uses district food service facilities after normal work hours, the District may assign a Food Service employee to be present during such use.
If a regular employee (including a non-Civil Service employee represented by ACEA) feels he or shethey hashave been unjustly discharged, he or shethey shall have the right to appeal his or hertheir case through the appropriate procedure (Section 24.5).
