MIS means a computerized management information system for recording and maintenance of information regarding purchases, sales, aging, categorization, and locations of Properties, creation and aging of receivables, and accounts payable (including agings thereof).
Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;
Originating Point Code (OPC) means a code assigned to identify CLEC’s system(s) that originate SS7 messages, including LIDB Service Queries.
Brand name specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
Originating site means a site where a patient is located at the time health care services are provided via telecommunications system or where the asynchronous store and forward service originates.
