Titled Vehicles definition

Titled Vehicles has the meaning set forth in Section 5.20.
Titled Vehicles means vehicles for which a certificate of title has been issued any jurisdiction pursuant to a statute described in section 9-311(a)(2) or 9-311(a)(3) of the Code.
Titled Vehicles means any motor vehicle or other rolling stock for which a certificate of title has been issued by a Governmental Authority.

More Definitions of Titled Vehicles

Titled Vehicles means all vehicles, including motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, aircraft and boats, now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor, which are subject to any certificate of title or other registration statute of the United States, any constituent state thereof or any other jurisdiction or protectorate thereto.
