TM Common Stock definition

TM Common Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of TM Spinco.
TM Common Stock means common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of TM. “TM Deferred Compensation Plan” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(a).
