To discuss means any contact by the Offeror, regardless of whether the City responds to the contact. Offerors that violate this policy will be disqualified until the resulting contract(s) are awarded, or all offers or responses are rejected and the solicitation is cancelled without any announcement by the Procurement Officer of the City’s intent to reissue the same or a similar solicitation. The City interprets the policy as continuing through a cancellation of a solicitation until Council award of the contract, as long as the City cancels with a statement that the City will rebid the solicitation.
Locational Deliverability Area or “LDA” shall mean a geographic area within the PJM Region that has limited transmission capability to import capacity to satisfy such area’s reliability requirement, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, and as specified in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 10.1.
Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.
Marking means a symbol or group of symbols displayed on the surface of the movement area in order to convey aeronautical information;
Standard Usage Information means the usage data that is made generally available by the gas utility to all similarly situated Customers on a regular basis, delivered by the gas utility in a standard format.
Website for Notices means the Website(s) for Notices as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:

Envelope is a portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy that is designated for a specific use. There are four Envelopes in the Estimated Provincial Subsidy as follows:

Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.
Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.
Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.
