Addressee definition

Addressee means a person who is intended by the originator to receive the electronic record but does not include any intermediary;
Addressee of a data message means a person who is intended by the originator to receive the data message, but does not include a person acting as an intermediary with respect to that data message;
Addressee means the Party to whom any notice is given and/or any payment is made;

  • Each party giving a Notice shall address the Notice to the appropriate person at the receiving party (the “Addressee”) at the address(es) listed in the Notice Addresses section of the Key Provisions Summary or to another Addressee or at another address as designated by a party in a Notice pursuant to this Section 22.
