By giving this opinion letter we assume no obligation to inform any Addressee of any future change in law (including any change in interpretation of law) or to update this opinion letter at any time in the future.
In providing this opinion, we have acted for the Companies and no other person, whether or not an Addressee of this Opinion.
We undertake no responsibility to notify the Addressee of this opinion of any change in the laws of Luxembourg or their construction or application after the date of this opinion.
A Notice is effective only if the party giving the Notice has complied with Sections 5.2 (A) and (B) of this Agreement and if the Addressee has received the Notice.
Any party giving a Notice shall address the Notice to the appropriate person at the receiving party (the “Addressee”) at the address listed on the signature page of this Agreement or to another Addressee or another address as designated by a party in a Notice given pursuant to this Section 5.2.
