Tool Program Product definition

Tool Program Product means the product provided by Renesas to LICENSEE as set forth in Exhibit B.

Examples of Tool Program Product in a sentence

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, LICENSEE will not, and LICENSEE will require LICENSEE’s representatives not to, export, direct or transfer the Tool Program Product, or any direct product thereof, to or use the Tool Program Product in any destination, person or entity restricted or prohibited by any applicable Export Controls.

  • LICENSEE further represents, warrants, and covenants that LICENSEE shall not sell, export, dispose of, license, rent, transfer, disclose or otherwise provide the Tool Program Product to any third party, whether directly or indirectly, with knowledge or reason to know that the third party or any other party will engage in the activities described above.

Related to Tool Program Product

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Manufactured end product means any end product in product and service codes (PSCs) 1000-9999, except—

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.
