A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.
Write-up Excess With respect to each Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Tranche Write-up Amount for such Payment Date over the Tranche Write-up Amount allocated on such Payment Date pursuant to clauses (i) through (v) of “Allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to the Reference Tranches” in Section 3.03(c) of this Agreement.

Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.
Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) means the maximum weight of the vehicle, as specified by the manufacturer. GVWR includes total vehicle weight plus fluids, passengers, and cargo.
