Total Combined Group definition

Total Combined Group means, with respect to any U.S. jurisdiction that requires or permits the filing of a Combined Return, the affiliated group of corporations (as constituted from time to time), that EWS determines will join in the filing of such Combined Return that includes a EWS Combined Group and an SNI Combined Group.
Total Combined Group means, with respect to any U.S. jurisdiction that requires or permits the filing of a Combined Return, the affiliated group of corporations (as constituted from time to time), that AXP determines will join in the filing of such Combined Return, that includes an AXP Combined Group and an Ameriprise Combined Group.
Total Combined Group means the affiliated group of corporations (as constituted from time to time), that join in the filing of a Combined Return that includes a Wendy’s Combined Group and a Txx Hortons Combined Group.
