Location Routing Number (LRN means the ten (10) digit number that is assigned to the network switching elements (Central Office–Host and Remotes as required) for the routing of calls in the network. The first six (6) digits of the LRN will be one of the assigned NPA NXX of the switching element. The purpose and functionality of the last four (4) digits of the LRN have not yet been defined but are passed across the network to the terminating switch.
Established catalog price means the price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that:
Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) means a telephone company certificated by the Commission to provide local Exchange Service within AT&T-21STATE’s franchised area.
Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.
Identifying number means a symbol or address that identifies only one unit in a common interest community.
Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.
Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
Digital Signal Level 0 (DS-0 means the lowest-level signal in the time division multiplex digital hierarchy, and represents a voice-grade channel operating at either the 56 Kbps or 64 Kbps transmission bit rates. There are twenty-four (24) DS-0 channels in a DS-1.
DAILY LOG BOOK means the format as may be certified by the Company's Engineer on a day-to-day basis during the tenure of this Agreement.
