Total quality score definition
Total quality score means the sum of the quality points awarded to each nursing facility for all eight (8) quality measures as determined in section 7(m)(1) through 7(m)(8) of this rule.

For the avoidance of doubt, for purposes of calculating Total Quality % Score for the Term, no Dialysis Center Purchasers which have been added or removed during the Term shall be included in the Aggregate Greater than [DELETED] Percentage or the Aggregate Less than [DELETED] Percentage of such calculation and the Aggregate Greater Than [DELETED] Baseline Performance and the Aggregate Less Than [DELETED] Baseline Performance shall remain unchanged.
