Collateral Quality Tests definition

Collateral Quality Tests means the Collateral Quality Tests set out in the Investment Management Agreement being each of the following:

Collateral Quality Tests means, collectively or individually as the case may be, the Minimum Diversity Test, the Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test, the Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test and the Maximum Weighted Average Life Test.

Collateral Quality Tests means any of the Average Debt Rating Test, the Weighted Average Life Test, the Diversity Test, the S&P CDO Monitor Test, the Moody's Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate Test, the S&P Minimum Weighted Average Recovery Rate Test and the Minimum Coupon Test.

• The Portfolio Profile Tests and Collateral Quality Tests attempt to mitigate any concentration risk in the Portfolio.
