Total Revolving Outstanding Amount definition

Total Revolving Outstanding Amount means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Outstanding Amounts of the Revolving Lenders outstanding at such time.
Total Revolving Outstanding Amount means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving Credit Loans and (ii) the Aggregate LC Exposure.
