Total Tranche B Commitment definition

Total Tranche B Commitment means, at any time, (i) prior to the funding of the Tranche B Loan pursuant to Section 2.01(b), the sum of the Tranche B Commitments at such time and (ii) on and after funding of the Tranche B Loan pursuant to 2.01(b), the outstanding principal amount of the Tranche B Loan at such time.
