tourist facilities means facilities for tourists or visitors such as WINE BOUTIQUES, classrooms, restaurants, gift shops, restrooms or recreational facilities but do not include a liquor store, hotel or overnight accommodation;
tourist facilities means an establishment providing for holiday accommodation or recreation and may include a boat shed, boat landing facilities, camping ground, caravan park, holiday cabins, hotel, house boat, marina, motel, playground, refreshment room, water sport facilities or a club used in conjunction with any such activities, but does not include a bed and breakfast establishment.

"utility installation" means a building or work used by a public or private utility undertaking, but does not include a building designed wholly or principally as administrative or business premises or as a showroom. "warehouse" means a building or place used for the storage of goods, merchandise or materials pending their sale and distribution to persons engaged in the retail trade.
