Towing Operations definition

Towing Operations means the business of towing for compensation motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the City of Rexburg, whether or not the towing extends beyond the city limits. Such business shall also include the storage of towed vehicles, pending their return to the owner thereof by the person or his agent who towed such vehicle.
