Mining Operations means obtaining or extracting any mineral by any mode or method or any purpose directly or indirectly connected therewith or incidental thereto, including—
Mining Operations means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral;

Mining Operations means any mode or method of working whereby the earth or any rock structure stone fluid or mineral bearing substance may be disturbed removed washed sifted crushed leached roasted distilled evaporated smelted or refined or dealt with for the purpose of obtaining any mineral therefrom whether it has been previously disturbed or not and includes —

Mining Operations means, at any particular time, the exploration, development, mining, construction and milling operations carried out at the mines of any Obligor at such time.
Mining Operations means every kind of work done by the Operator: (i) on or in respect of the Property in accordance with a Program or Production Notice or Operating Plan; or (ii) if not provided for in a Program or Production Notice or Operating Plan, unilaterally and in good faith to maintain the Property in good standing, to prevent waste or to otherwise discharge any obligation which is imposed upon it pursuant to this Agreement and in respect of which the Management Committee has not given it directions; including, without limiting generality, investigating, prospecting, exploring, developing, property maintenance, preparing reports, estimates and studies, designing, equipping, improving, surveying, construction and mining, milling, concentrating, rehabilitation, reclamation, and environmental protection.
Mining Operations means all activities carried out in, on or under or in connection with the Property related to or necessary for the development and construction of a mine(s) thereon, the mining, extraction, treatment, storage and processing of minerals located therein, thereon or thereunder and the acquisition or construction of any improvements, personal property, fixtures or equipment reasonably necessary therefor.
