TPG Investors definition

TPG Investors means, as of any date, TPG, the TPG Co-Investment Vehicles, and their respective Permitted Transferees, in each case only if such Person is then a Stockholder and holds any Shares.

TPG Investors means, as of any date, TPG Partners IV, L.P., T3 Partners II, L.P., T3 Parallel II, L.P., TPG Solar III LLC and TPG Solar Co-Invest LLC, and their respective Permitted Transferees, in each case only if such Person is then a Stockholder and holds any Shares.
