Existing Investors definition

Existing Investors shall have the meaning given in the Preamble hereto.

Existing Investors means the existing joint venture partners, investors or property owners of the Remington Affiliates as listed on Exhibit C attached hereto.

More Definitions of Existing Investors

Existing Investors shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals hereto.

Existing Investors means (i) Copano Partners, (ii) the CSFB Entities, (iii) the EnCap Entities, (iv) R. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, an individual residing in Spring, Texas, and (v) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, an individual residing in Houston, Texas.
