Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List definition

Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List means the document entitled "Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List" published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2018 and specifying freight, passenger and charter traction electricity modelled consumption rates;
Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List means the document entitled “Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List” published by Network Rail on or about 20 December 2013 and specifying freight and passenger traction electricity modelled consumption rates which, for the purposes of this contract, shall be deemed to incorporate any supplements to that document consented to or determined pursuant to paragraph 2.2.10 of Schedule 7 of this contract.

  • In the case of a supplement to the Traction Electricity Modelled Consumption Rates List, the supplement shall have effect from such date as XXX shall determine by notice to the parties, provided that such date shall not be a date falling prior to the start of the Relevant Year in which XXX consented to or determined the supplement.
