Trade Error Loss definition

Trade Error Loss means any realized and unrealized depreciation in the value of, and expense or other loss incurred with respect to, a digital asset held directly or indirectly by the Partnership attributable to any Trade Error.
Trade Error Loss means any loss or expense incurred by Trust as a result of a trade error which results directly from an error or omission by Administrator in the performance of the Services, including any commissions and costs incurred by Trust directly related to the execution of any trade or trades to correct such error

Examples of Trade Error Loss in a sentence

  • If an Indemnified Person is entitled to exculpation pursuant to Section 4.05 in connection with acts or omissions that result in any Trade Error Loss, such Trade Error Loss will be borne by the Partnership.

  • The General Partner will evaluate each Trade Error to determine whether a particular Trade Error Loss must be borne by the Partnership.

  • To the extent that the Partnership bears a Trade Error Loss caused by a counterparty of the Partnership or an Affiliate of the Partnership, the General Partner shall seek to recover such Trade Error Loss from such counterparty.

  • NAV Error means an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or class as more fully described in the NAV Error Policy.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Work loss means loss of income from work the injured victim would have performed if the injured victim had not been injured and expenses reasonably incurred by the injured victim in obtaining services in lieu of those the injured victim would have performed for income,

  • Fraud Loss Any Realized Loss or portion thereof sustained by reason of a default arising from fraud, dishonesty or misrepresentation in connection with the related Mortgage Loan, including by reason of the denial of coverage under any related Primary Insurance Policy.

  • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Software Error means a reproducible defect or combination thereof in the Software that results in a failure of the Software when used in accordance with the Documentation. Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Covered Loss or “Covered Losses” means an accidental death, dismemberment, or other Injury covered under the Policy.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response specialist means an individual trained in chemical or conventional munitions or explosives handling, transportation, render-safe procedures, or destruction techniques. Explosives or munitions emergency response specialists include Department of Defense (DOD) emergency explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), technical escort unit (TEU), and DOD-certified civilian or contractor personnel; and other Federal, State, or local government, or civilian personnel similarly trained in explosives or munitions emergency responses.

  • Loss or Losses means all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorneys' fees and the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification hereunder and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers.

  • Final Shared-Loss Recovery Month means the calendar month in which the tenth anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs.

  • Catastrophic illness or “injury” means an illness or injury that is expected to incapacitate the employee for an extended period of time, or that incapacitates a member of the employee’s family which incapacity requires the employee to take time off from work for an extended period of time to care for that family member, and taking extended time off work creates a financial hardship for the employee because he or she has exhausted all of his or her sick leave and other paid time off.

  • Wasteload allocation or "wasteload" or "WLA" means the portion of a receiving surface water's loading or assimilative capacity allocated to one of its existing or future point sources of pollution. WLAs are a type of water quality-based effluent limitation.

  • Special Hazard Loss Any Realized Loss suffered by a Mortgaged Property on account of direct physical loss, but not including (i) any loss of a type covered by a hazard insurance policy or a flood insurance policy required to be maintained with respect to such Mortgaged Property pursuant to Section 3.10 to the extent of the amount of such loss covered thereby, or (ii) any loss caused by or resulting from:

  • Cram Down Loss means, with respect to any Receivable (other than a Defaulted Receivable) as to which any court in any bankruptcy, insolvency or other similar proceeding issues an order reducing the principal amount to be paid on such Receivable or otherwise modifies any payment terms with respect thereto, an amount equal to the greater of (i) the amount of the principal reduction ordered by such court and (ii) the difference between the Principal Balance of such Receivable at the time of such court order and the net present value (using a discount rate which is the higher of the Contract Rate of such Receivable or the rate of interest specified by such court order) of the remaining scheduled payments to be paid on such Receivable as modified or restructured. A “Cram Down Loss” will be deemed to have occurred on the date of issuance of such court’s order.

  • Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Catastrophic Damage as used hereunder is major change or damage to In- cluded Timber on Sale Area, to Sale Area, to access to Sale Area, or a combination thereof:

  • Tax Loss means the taxable income or tax loss of the Trust, determined in accordance with Section 703(a) of the Code, for each Fiscal Year as determined for federal income tax purposes, together with each of the Trust's items of income, gain, loss or deduction which is separately stated or otherwise not included in computing taxable income and tax loss.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Erroneous Payment Deficiency Assignment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 14.14(d).
