Trade Instructions means trade instruction(s) for trading in Securities listed on 4AX pursuant to a Client Mandate and communicated or conveyed to A-Trade in accordance with the Client Mandate;

Examples of Trade Instructions in a sentence

  • For greater certainty, Standing Mandate Trade Instructions shall be considered to be received by RBCIS when the relevant FX requirement transmitted by RBCIS’ custody system is received by RBCIS’ FX trading desk.

  • On any Business Day when the Federal Reserve Wire Transfer System is closed, all communication and processing rules will be suspended for the settlement of Trade Instructions.

  • Standing Mandate Trade Instructions received by the RBCIS FX trading desk at least 30 minutes before the next hourly execution.

  • Any Trade Instructions received by PFPC, or its agents, on such day but after the Close of Trading will be executed by the Fund at the net asset value determined as of the Close of Trading on the next Business Day following the day of receipt of such Trade Instructions.

  • Trade Instructions received in good order and accepted by PFPC or its agents prior to the close of regular trading on the Exchange (the “Close of Trading”) on any given Business Day and transmitted to the Fund (i) by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time if automated, and (ii) by 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time if manual on such Business Day will be executed by the Fund at the net asset value determined as of the Close of Trading on such Business Day.

  • Any Trade Instructions received by the Recordkeeper, or its agents, on such day but after the Close of Trading will be executed by the Trust at the net asset value determined as of the Close of Trading on the next Business Day following the day of receipt of such Trade Instructions.

  • Your Orders and Spot Trade Instructions shall be unconditional and shall be binding on you, and such Orders and Spot Trade Instructions may be acted or relied upon by us irrespective of any other circumstances.
