Service Instructions definition
Service Instructions means such instructions given to the Bank via any Telephone Banking Service;
Service Instructions means such instructions given to us via any “Telephone Banking Service” or “TBS” means any banking service operated over the telephone (by whatever name it may be known as) offered by us, in connection with the Service Instructions and includes but is not limited to such services respectively known as Self-Service Phone Banking and CitiPhone Banking; and
Service Instructions. : means the instructions for the Settlement Service and associated ancillary services, the Instructions for the Notary and Centralised Maintenance Service and associated ancillary services;

The Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) at its absolute discretion tape or otherwise record all Service Instructions, and the Account Holder agrees to the use of such tapes or recordings and any transcripts thereof which the Bank may make for any purpose that the Bank deems desirable, including their use as evidence in any proceedings against the Account Holder or any other person.
More Definitions of Service Instructions
Service Instructions means the service instructions specified in the Schedule; “Service Price” means the price for each service specified in the Schedule;
Service Instructions mean, for any Service provided under this Agreement, the specific instructions by which a Treasury Management Service will be provided to Company, and include the Implementation Form along with any user guides, service guides, software licenses, templates, operating procedures, security procedures, specifications, service level agreements, definition of scope and deliverables (“DSD”) or other descriptions, materials or documentation provided or made available by F&M BANK and applicable to that Service.
Service Instructions means any Client Service Order and any instruction by Client that covers any of the Services being provided.
Service Instructions means any requirements or instruction by the State that covers any of the Check Processing Services being provided.

Service Instructions means the service instructions specified in the Schedule;
