Registered Trade definition

Registered Trade means a negotiated transaction arranged outside of the Trading Systems of the Tullett Prebon Europe MTF and accepted by the Operator for registration on the Tullett Prebon Europe MTF acting in the capacity of a Registering Execution Venue.
Registered Trade means a negotiated transaction arranged outside of the Trading Systems of the TP ICAP UK MTF and accepted by the Operator for registration on the TP ICAP UK MTF acting in the capacity of a Registering Execution Venue.
