Renewals or Extensions. Licensee and Licensor may mutually agree to extend the Term at or prior to the expiration of this Agreement; provided, that in the event such Term is not extended, Licensee acknowledges Licensee’s obligations to discontinue all uses of the Marks required under Section 8.4. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensor shall have no obligation to agree to any extension of this Agreement.
Renewals or Extensions. Each time a tenant renews or extends their lease agreement, Xxxxxx Properties will charge a Renewal Commission equivalent to 1% of the total lease revenue generated for that signed extension. This charge will be paid the following month after the extended lease agreement has been executed. Example: A tenant renews their lease agreement for an additional 12 months paying $1,500 per month in rent. This will generate the owner $18,000.00 in gross revenue, Xxxxxx Properties will charge 1% (One Percent) of that $18,000.00 for a total commission payable upon execution of $180.00. The minimum renewal fee is $120.00 and will be pro-rated for shorter than 12 month lease extensions.
Renewals or Extensions. Requests for renewals or extensions beyond these limits will be granted at the discretion of the School Committee. After two (2) years of any Leaves of Absence, as referred in Section A -2, Section C, Section E, and Section O, the Committee will not be required to restore such benefits to the employee.
Renewals or Extensions. The Lease provides for the following rights of extension or renewal for consecutive terms as follows: (i) commencing on the expiration date of the Initial Term and expiring five (5) years thereafter ("First Extension Period"), (ii) commencing on the expiration date of the First Extension Period and expiring five (5) years thereafter ("Second Extension Period"), and (iii) commencing on the expiration date of the Second Extension Period and expiring fifty-nine (59) months thereafter.
Renewals or Extensions. I agree that you may renew or extend the maturity of this note one or more times, in your sole discretion, without affecting my liability or that of any other party responsible for the repayment of this note, and I further agree that you may renew or extend the maturity of this note without in any way affecting your right to or lien upon any property given as collateral for this note.
