Trading Apps definition

Trading Apps means our mobile device and tablet applications which can be downloaded to certain smart phones and tablets (as detailed on the Website) and through which some of the Services are available.

  • SQCM’s services are offered through its Electronic Trading Platforms and Trading Apps.

  • When using the Trading Apps it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the technical specifications of their device and corresponding data package/ subscription are fit for the download and installation of the Trading Apps, for the consultation of information and for access to transactions and Services offered via the Trading Apps.

  • The Client should take all reasonable steps not to leave their device unattended whilst logged on to the Trading Apps, as well as all reasonable steps to protect their devices from loss, theft, diversion or fraudulent use.

  • liquid market means a market for a financial instrument or a class of financial instruments, where there are ready and willing buyers and sellers on a continuous basis, assessed in accordance with the following criteria, taking into consideration the specific market structures of the particular financial instrument or of the particular class of financial instruments:
