liquid market means a market for a financial instrument or a class of financial instruments, where there are ready and willing buyers and sellers on a continuous basis, assessed in accordance with the following criteria, taking into consideration the specific market structures of the particular financial instrument or of the particular class of financial instruments:
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.
Trading and Settlement Code or “TSC” means the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code or any replacement thereof which sets out the rules for trading in electricity and settling energy imbalances and the responsibilities of parties to the code;
Relevant Stock Exchange for the Fund means the primary exchange or quotation system on which shares (or other applicable securities) of the Fund are traded, as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Relevant Market means the market for overnight cash borrowing collateralised by US Government securities.
Secondary Market refers to a bulletin board platform at wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx created by Masterworks.
Marketing Approval Application or “MAA” means a New Drug Application (or its equivalent), as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, or any corresponding or similar application, registration or certification in any country.
the London Stock Exchange means London Stock Exchange plc;
External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.
Internal Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for ultimate consumption by end-users inside the PJM Region that are served by Network Transmission Service.
Trading Period has the meaning set out in the TSC;
Regulatory Approval means any and all approvals (including MAA Approval, and Pricing and Reimbursement Approval, if applicable), licenses, registrations, permits, notifications and authorizations (or waivers) of any Regulatory Authority that are necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, transport, promotion, marketing, distribution, offer for sale, sale or other commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction.
Portal Market means The Portal Market operated by the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or any successor thereto.
Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).
Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.
Trading Affiliate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(h).
Primary Market means on any of (a) the American Stock Exchange, (b) New York Stock Exchange, (c) the Nasdaq Global Select Market, (d) the Nasdaq Global Market, (e) the Nasdaq Capital Market, or (e) the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”)
Recognised Investment Exchange means a recognised investment exchange as defined by section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000;
OTCBB means the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.
Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.
Target Market “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
Spot Market means a commodity market in which commodities are sold for cash and promptly delivered when the transaction is settled, and other non-financial markets, such as forward markets for commodities;
Stock Market means a securities market operated by a securities exchange;
