Trading Arrangements definition

Trading Arrangements means the Property Separation Agreement, the Transitional and Long Terms Services Agreements entered into, or to be entered into, between Telecom and Chorus and their respective Subsidiaries.
Trading Arrangements means arrangements about trading in electricity under this Act or the Market Code by electricity entities, customers, electricity brokers and other persons.

Trading Arrangements means the joint venture arrangements entered into by any Target Group Company and SPP or its Related Persons relating to SPP Technologies Co.
