Traffic Enforcement Officer definition

Traffic Enforcement Officer means an employee of GOVERNING BODY’s police department or other Governing Body employee who meets the qualifications of Chapter 316 of the Official Code of Florida Annotated for approving and/or issuing Notices of Violation.
Traffic Enforcement Officer or “TEO” means the person authorized to carry out Parking Enforcement activities under these by laws.
Traffic Enforcement Officer or “TEO” means the authorised person by AMC or employs of AMC to carry out parking enforcement activities under these by-laws.
