Trailer Commission definition

Trailer Commission means with respect to Class A – Series B Shares and Class R – Series B Shares the ongoing trailer commission equal to 1.25% in the first eight years after the date of issue of such Subscriber Share, and equal to 0.5% in every subsequent year, calculated on the Net Asset Value per Class A – Series B Share and Net Asset Value per Class R – Series B Share per year for each year that an investor’s investment in Class A – Series B or Class R – Series B Shares is maintained within the Fund.
