In any case concerning the religious character of the School, the Diocesan Schools Commission must be notified immediately the School becomes aware of the allegations and it may be represented at any relevant interview or meeting to advise the Investigating Manager, Disciplinary Manager or Appeal Manager.

Where matters fall to be decided under Paragraphs 9 or 10, the Diocesan Schools Commission may send a representative to advise the Academy.
In the event that there are insufficient numbers of Directors/Governors available to participate in a Directors’/Governors’ Disciplinary or Appeal Panel, the Academy Trust Company may appoint associate members solely to participate in the appropriate Panel on the recommendation of the Diocesan Schools Commission.
