Transco Parties definition

Transco Parties has the meaning specified in §12.01(b). “Transferee” has the meaning specified in §18.13. “Transferor” has the meaning specific in §18.13.
Transco Parties means, the Companies, the Subsidiaries, Transco Coal Company, Inc., Leeco, Inc. and New Brush Creek Mining, Inc.

  • Purchaser agrees to seek to recover insurance proceeds or amounts owing from Transco Parties other than the Companies or the Subsidiaries simultaneously with pursuing an indemnity claim against the Shareholder under this Agreement and, if the Shareholder shall be required to pay any amount as a result thereof, the Shareholder shall be subrogated to the rights of the Purchaser, the Companies or the Subsidiaries to the extent of any liability of third parties thereunto.
