Transfer Fees definition

Transfer Fees means all registration, transfer, conveyance, recording, license and other similar fees, expenses or charges.
Transfer Fees has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).
Transfer Fees means costs of transfer and expenses charged by the Transfer Attorneys.

Transfer Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(b).
