Buyer shall pay, but not limited to: HOA requirements, Buyers Occurred expense, ALL Transfer Fees and or Membership Fees, if applicable.
If the available balance in a designated linked account is not enough to pay the full amount of the transaction(s) you have initiated on any day plus the Overdraft Transfer Fee(s), we will transfer up to the available balance to pay one or more transactions, plus the applicable fee for each item.
