Transfer Office definition

Transfer Office means the place where the principal register is situate for the time being.
Transfer Office is defined in paragraph (3) of the form of ADR.

  • Subject to the other provisions hereof, the Depositary may so issue ADRs for delivery at the Transfer Office (as hereinafter defined) only against deposit of: (i) Shares in a form satisfactory to the Custodian; or (ii) rights to receive Shares from the Company or any registrar, transfer agent, clearing agent or other entity recording Share ownership or transactions.
