The Register of Members may be kept on magnetic tape or in accordance with some other mechanical or electronic system, provided that legible evidence can be produced therefrom to satisfy the requirements of applicable law and of this Instrument of Incorporation.
The Register of Members shall be kept in such manner as to show at all times the Members of the ICAV for the time being and the shares respectively held by them.
The Register of Members may, after notice has been given in accordance with the Act, be closed for any time or times not exceeding in the whole thirty days in each year.
The Register of Members will include the name, either the residential, postal or email address of each member and the date they became a member.
