Transferor Interest Percentage definition

Transferor Interest Percentage means, on any date of determination, the Transferor Amount divided by the Aggregate Principal Receivables.
Transferor Interest Percentage. ’ means the difference between 99 per cent. and the Investor Interest Percentage.
