Transferor Amount definition

Transferor Amount means (a) prior to the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" under (and as defined in) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and (b) on and after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the "Transferor Amount" as defined in Annex A to the Indenture. For purposes of determining the Transferor Amount on any date of determination, any amount deposited into the Principal Account in respect of a Potential Shortfall shall be deemed not to be on deposit in the Principal Account.
Transferor Amount means (a) prior to the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the “Transferor Amount” under (and as defined in) the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and (b) on and after the Certificate Trust Termination Date, the “Transferor Amount” as defined in Annex A to the Indenture. Examples of Transferor Amount in a sentence

  • The aggregate interest represented by this Transferor Certificate at any time in the Collateral of the Trust shall not exceed the Asset Pool One Transferor Amount at such time.

  • The Asset Pool One Transferor Amount for any Monthly Period will be an amount equal to (i) the Asset Pool One Pool Balance for such Monthly Period minus (ii) the aggregate Nominal Liquidation Amount of all Asset Pool One Notes as of the close of business on the last day of such Monthly Period.
