Transferred Businesses definition

Transferred Businesses means (i) the Private Client Group division sold by XX Xxxxx Securities Corporation to Xxxxxx Brothers Holdings Inc. in October 2000, (ii) the bond brokerage business sold by XX Xxxxx Securities Corporation to Fimat Futures, USA, Inc. in 2000, (iii) the correspondent clearing operations sold by XX Xxxxx Securities Corporation to BNY Clearing Services LLC in January 2000 and (iv) the XX Xxxxx Asset Management Business.
Transferred Businesses means the Insecticides Business and the Soft Scrub Business, collectively.
Transferred Businesses means (i) the AMC-23 Business and (ii) the business conducted by Satlynx and its Subsidiaries.
