Transferred Indebtedness definition

Transferred Indebtedness has the meaning specified in the definition of Assumed Liabilities.
Transferred Indebtedness means the Indebtedness listed in Section 1.01(b) of the Disclosure Schedule.
Transferred Indebtedness means an amount equal to the total Indebtedness of the Acquired Subsidiaries at the Effective Time.
