Transferring Attorneys definition

Transferring Attorneys means the Transferring Attorneys as referred to in Clause 7 of the Covering Schedule;

Examples of Transferring Attorneys in a sentence

• The interest of the above, less an administration fee of 1 (One) % per year in respect of management and/or administration fees payable by the bank to the Transferring Attorneys, will accrue to the Purchaser.
