Clause 7 a, Clause 8.a(i), Clause 8.c, Clause 8.d, Clause 8.e, Clause 8.f, Clause 8.g and Clause 8.h above and subject to the fulfillment of Clause 9 below by the Purchaser, the Assignee shall:-
