Transition Report definition

Transition Report shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(b).
Transition Report. Any Report that is not otherwise required to be prepared by the Contractor during the Contract Term, except upon ASES’s reasonable request during the Transition Period regarding the Contractor’s operations with respect to the MiSalud Program under this Contract during the Transition Period or the Runoff Period.
Transition Report is defined in Section 3.1.4. “Transition Services” is defined in Section 3.1.

  • At the time the Company’s Transition Report on Form 10-K for the two-month period ended December 31, 2018 (the “Transition Report”) was filed with the Commission, or, if later, at the time the Registration Statement was originally filed with the Commission, the Company met the then-applicable requirements for use of Form S-3 under the Securities Act.

  • All of the subsidiaries of the Company are set forth on Exhibit 21.1 of the Company’s Transition Report on Form 10-KT for the eight month transition period ended December 31, 2024.

  • The Company’s certifying officers have evaluated the effectiveness of the Company’s disclosure controls and procedures as of the last day of the period covered by the Transition Report (such date, the “Evaluation Date”).

Transition Report means the report produced by the Supplier and submitted to Buyer for approval at the conclusion of Transition Period which summarizes Supplier’s Transition related accomplishments and includes final versions of the Process & Procedures manual and other supporting documentation
Transition Report means the report required by clause 4.4 of the Agreement.

  • Exception Report The report of the Trustee referred to in Section 2.02.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.
