Transition Report definition

Transition Report. Any Report that is not otherwise required to be prepared by the Contractor during the Contract Term, except upon ASES’s reasonable request during the Transition Period regarding the Contractor’s operations with respect to the MiSalud Program under this Contract during the Transition Period or the Runoff Period.
Transition Report shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(b).
Transition Report means the report produced by the Supplier and submitted to Buyer for approval at the conclusion of Transition Period which summarizes Supplier’s Transition related accomplishments and includes final versions of the Process & Procedures manual and other supporting documentation
