Transmission Charges definition

Transmission Charges means the charges payable to TSP by Long Term Transmission Customer(s) pursuant to the TSA, as adopted by the Appropriate Commission;
Transmission Charges means the Final Offer of the Selected Bidder during the e-reverse bidding and adopted by the Commission, payable to the TSP as per Sharing Regulations;
Transmission Charges means the Final Offer quoted by Selected Bidder and adopted by the Commission, and as computed in terms of the provisions of Schedule 4 of the TSA, payable to the ISTS Licensee by the Designated ISTS Customers, and collected / disbursed by the CTU, as per Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Sharing of Inter-State Transmission Charges and Losses) Regulations as amended from time to time;

More Definitions of Transmission Charges

Transmission Charges means charges levied by a Transmission Licensee in transmitting electricity to the Premises;
