Designated ISTS Customers definition
Designated ISTS Customers or “DICs” shall have the meaning as ascribed in the Sharing Regulations;
Designated ISTS Customers or “DICs” means the users of any segments/elements of the ISTS and shall include all generators, state transmission utilities, State Electricity Boards (SEBs) or load serving entities directly connected to the ISTS including Bulk Consumer and any other entity/person;
