Transmission Load Customer definition

Transmission Load Customer means a Customer at a Transmission Connected Service or who applies, proposes or requests to interconnect to a Transmission Connected Service, who has not received a Section 101(2) release as noted in the Act; and
Transmission Load Customer means a Customer at a Transmission Connected Service who has not received a section 40 industrial system designation or a section 101(2) release as noted in the Act;
Transmission Load Customer means a Customer at a Transmission Connected Service who has not received a Section 101(2) release as noted in the Act; and

  • Transmission Service Agreement or “TSA” shall mean the agreement entered into between Long Term Transmission Customer(s) and the TSP pursuant to which TSP shall build, own, operate and maintain the Project and make available the assets of the Project to Long Term Transmission Customer(s) on a commercial basis;
