Surplus Interconnection Customer definition

Surplus Interconnection Customer means either an Interconnection Customer whose Generating Facility is already interconnected to the PJM Transmission System or one of its affiliates, or an unaffiliated entity that submits a Surplus Interconnection Request to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

Examples of Surplus Interconnection Customer in a sentence

  • The Transmission Provider will notify the Surplus Interconnection Customer if it anticipates that the impact studies will not be completed within the required time and will provide an estimate of the expected date of completion.

  • The Interconnection Agreement for the Original Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility shall be replaced by a new agreement among the System Operator, Interconnecting Transmission Owner, Original Interconnection Customer, and Surplus Interconnection Customer.

  • If the Surplus Interconnection Service Customer’s share of the Surplus Interconnection Service Impact Study costs exceed $15,000, then Surplus Interconnection Customer will be responsible for this excess cost.

  • A Surplus Interconnection Customer seeking Surplus Interconnection Service must submit a complete and fully executed Surplus Interconnection Study Agreement, which form is located at Tariff, Attachment RR.

  • Alternatively, Surplus Interconnection Customer may waive this meeting.

  • If the Transmission Provider is unable to complete the Surplus Interconnection Study within such time period, Transmission Provider shall notify the Surplus Interconnection Customer and provide an estimated completion date and an explanation of the reasons why the additional time is required.

  • After receiving a valid Surplus Interconnection Study Agreement seeking Surplus Interconnection Service and the requisite deposit set forth in Tariff, Part IV, Subpart A, section 36.1.1B.1.i from the Surplus Interconnection Customer, the Transmission Provider shall conduct a Surplus Interconnection Study.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer shall execute and return the environmental study agreement within 30 Calendar Days of receipt or its Surplus Interconnection Service Request shall be deemed withdrawn and the unexpended amount of its deposit, if any, shall be returned.

  • The date must be agreeable to Surplus Interconnection Customer and, if applicable, the existing Interconnection Customer.

  • Surplus Interconnection Customer shall execute the Surplus Facilities Study Agreement and deliver the executed Surplus Facilities Study Agreement to Transmission Provider within thirty (30) Calendar Days after its receipt, together with an additional $50,000 deposit to be used in preparation of the Surplus Facilities Study and report.

Related to Surplus Interconnection Customer

  • Surplus Interconnection Service means any unneeded portion of Interconnection Service established in an Interconnection Service Agreement, such that if Surplus Interconnection Service is utilized, the total amount of Interconnection Service at the Point of Interconnection would remain the same.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Surplus Interconnection Request means a request submitted by a Surplus Interconnection Customer, pursuant to Tariff, Attachment RR, to utilize Surplus Interconnection Service within the Transmission System in the PJM Region. A Surplus Interconnection Request is not a New Service Request.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection is as defined in the Act.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
