Transmission Provider(s) definition

Transmission Provider(s) means the signatory (other than the Seller) to the Transmission Agreement.
Transmission Provider(s) means the entity or entities transmitting Products on behalf of Project Company or MAEM to or from the Delivery Point (including, but not limited to, an independent system operator or regional transmission organization).
Transmission Provider(s) means the entity or entities transmitting or transporting the Power on behalf of Producer or Niagara Mohawk from the Delivery Point.
