Transmittal Date means the date on which a Purchase Order to purchase Creation Unit Aggregations is placed.

Transmittal Date means the date that the office of the Director transmits a copy of the Claimant’s completed Application to all health care providers whose conduct is claimed by the Application to have constituted the basis for a malpractice claim. Related to Transmittal Date

  • Letter of Transmittal means the letter of transmittal to be prepared by the Company and sent to all Holders of the Notes for use by such Holders in connection with the Exchange Offer.
