Transmittal Date definition

Transmittal Date means the date on which a Purchase Order to purchase Creation Unit Aggregations is placed.
Transmittal Date means the Business Day on which an order to purchase or redeem Creation Units is received in proper form
Transmittal Date means the date on which an order to create Creation Units or an order to redeem Creation Units is placed.

  • Requests to redeem Shares contained in Submissions transmitted after such time on a Transmittal Date shall be "Deemed Received" by the Transfer Agent on the next Business Day immediately following such Transmittal Date.

  • Orders to create Shares contained in Submissions transmitted after such time on a Transmittal Date shall be deemed invalid.

Transmittal Date means the date that the office of the Director transmits a copy of the Claimant’s completed Application to all health care providers whose conduct is claimed by the Application to have constituted the basis for a malpractice claim.
