Transmittal Date definition

Transmittal Date means the date on which a Purchase Order to purchase Creation Unit Aggregations is placed.
Transmittal Date means the Business Day on which an order to purchase or redeem Creation Units is received in proper form
Transmittal Date means the date on which an order to create Creation Units or an order to redeem Creation Units is placed.

More Definitions of Transmittal Date

Transmittal Date means the date that the office of the Director transmits a copy of the Claimant’s completed Application to all health care providers whose conduct is claimed by the Application to have constituted the basis for a malpractice claim. This act shall constitute the “transmittal” of the case for purposes set forth in these Rules.

  • Letter of Transmittal means the letter of transmittal to be prepared by the Company and sent to all Holders of the Notes for use by such Holders in connection with the Exchange Offer.
