Licensee will maintain the Transmitter Sites and all equipment located at the Transmitter Sites at its own expense.
Whenever in the Studio or at the Transmitter Sites, Programmer's personnel will be subject to the reasonable supervision and the direction of Licensee's General Manager and/or Engineer.
