Transport Facilities definition

Transport Facilities means the entire medium over which transport takes place, including the Equipment and associated attachments, features, accessories, and peripherals supported or provided by Supplier in connection with Transport Services (for example, data access lines and circuits; voice access lines and trunks; ISDN lines; copper and fiber; microwave, and satellite, routers, hubs, switches, and PBXs).

Transport Facilities. – means sustainable transport infrastructure comprising:

  • Transportation Facilities means any physical facility that moves or assist in the movement of people or goods including facilities identified in OAR 660-012-0020 but excluding electricity, sewage, and water systems.

  • Wastewater Facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
