Travel Contract definition

Travel Contract means either an organized travel contract or an intermediary travel contract.
Travel Contract means your contract with Heritage Expeditions by which we agree to provide the Expedition and includes these Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, the Expedition Brochure and any special conditions that apply to your Expedition.
Travel Contract means the travel contract for travel arrangements to or from an organised conference or event, organised on behalf of an Insured, which may take place in the UK or elsewhere but which commences in and returns to a destination in the UK.

Examples of Travel Contract in a sentence

  • Agent is obliged to hand over all documents and information he/she got into possession of in relation to the Travel Contract to principal promptly.

  • The Travel Contract is concluded when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has ordered the trip, has paid the advance of the participation fee or the participation fee in full, FT has registered the application, has notified Passenger of this in writing by handing over or sending a copy of the contract online.

  • In case Passenger (principal) does not act personally, his/her agent is also entitled to do so; in this instance, Passenger (principal) will become the subject of all rights and obligations resulting from the Travel Contract.

  • If H.I.S. cancels the Travel Contract under a or c of paragraph (2) (ii) A.

  • In order to be promptly provided with the arranged travel and/or travel products accordingly to the Travel Contract, the Customer should immediately notify the Company of any errors and/or contents not complying with the Customer’s requests in the Travel Contract/Travel Document.

  • Any Special Terms included in a Business Travel Contract shall take precedence over the standard Business Travel General Terms.

  • The Travel Contract shall be deemed to be concluded at the time when the Company receives the application and/or reservation fee or the travel fare and the notice of completion of the application/reservation reaches the Customer.
